The music of Bob Dylan will be interpreted in a glittering array of different voices and styles on November 7 at The Beacon Theater by 16 unique and eclectic recording artists in celebration of Todd Haynes’ highly anticipated “I’m Not There,” the provocative new biographical film about legendary singer and songwriter Bob Dylan. “I’m Not There” follows six distinct characters, depicting different stages of Dylan’s life, played by Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Richard Gere, Heath Ledger, Marcus Carl Franklin and Ben Whishaw, who all embody a different aspect of his life story and music. It’s the first biographical feature project to secure the approval of the music legend.

The film will be released in theaters nationwide by The Weinstein Company on November 21, 2007.
